**WORKING DAYS; MONDAY TO SATURDAY (ALTERNATIVE SATURDAYS ARE OFF)**

**AGE: 30+**

**Education: Graduate /diploma with additional computer training certification. Certification in shorthand**

**Minimum experience: 10 - 12 years**

**Role**:

- Take dictation and notes from the management as per his instruction
- Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
- Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed texts
- Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Gather and organize typing material
- Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Scan and print files, as needed
- Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies
- Maintain documents in MD’s cabin
- Maintain visiting cards and other material
- Other responsibility may be allocated by the management from time to time.
- Keep MD desk clean before his arrival
- Gather and arrange required documents for MD to review before his arrival
- Can be assigned secretary / assistant type responsibilities as needed
- Maintain document labels, table of contents and place them as required
- Maintain stationary supplies for MD
- Clearing documents from desk before visitor arrives

Other factors:

- Shorthand speed: 80 wpm or above
- Typing speed on computer: 80 wpm or above
- Fast typing skills; using a touch typing system is a plus
- Experience using data recorders and optical scanners
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
- Must be professionally dressed, well presented and confident

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
