**Job Summary**:
The Typist is responsible for efficiently and accurately producing typed documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials as needed by the organization. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and proficiency with typing and word-processing software.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in typing with a high WPM (words per minute) rate.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily office-based with a typical work schedule.
- May require extended hours during peak periods or to meet specific deadlines.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Hindi, English (preferred)
