- **Typing Documents**: Accurately transcribe and type various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- **Data Entry**: Input data into electronic formats with precision and efficiency.
- **Proofreading**: Review and correct errors in typed materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.
- **Meeting Deadlines**: Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines to ensure timely delivery of documents.

**Requirements**:

- **Typing Proficiency**: Demonstrated high-speed typing skills with mínimal errors.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify and correct errors in written materials.
- **Time Management**: Effective prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in using word processing software and data entry tools.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
