**Job Title: Sales Executive (Female Only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Design Collection's product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product information to customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and pipeline management. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales activities, share best practices, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
