**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Promote and sell products/services by providing detailed information and addressing customer concerns
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and customers
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively sell our offerings
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
