**About the Role**
We’re looking for a motivated and confident **Teleperformance Executive** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to **reach out to potential clients over phone calls**, introduce them to our services, and identify qualified business leads. If you’re a good communicator, persuasive, and passionate about connecting with people — we’d love to meet you
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Inkcast Innovations and our services
- Identify client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain a detailed record of conversations and updates in CRM or Excel
- Schedule meetings or demos with senior team members
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign objectives
- Handle basic inbound queries from interested leads or referrals
- Report weekly call stats and feedback to the operations team
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence and clarity in speaking on calls
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
**Good to Have**
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
- Knowledge of agency environments or digital service industries
