**Job Title**: Junior Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Indore (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Pitch relevant products/services to potential clients and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Maintain an updated customer database and CRM for tracking all interactions.
- Understand and promote company offerings and services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize new approaches to drive business growth.
- Handle follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.
- Provide after-sales support when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
**Key Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to pitch and sell effectively over the phone.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation**: Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Focused on providing solutions based on customer needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **CRM Tools**: Knowledge of customer relationship management tools is an advantage.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Experience in customer service or business development is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Incentives based on performance.
