**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers with travel bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English to cater to US clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Flexibility to work during US shift hours (night shifts).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
