**Key Responsibilities**:
**Structural Detailing**:

- Prepare precise fabrication, assembly, and erection drawings for steel structures.
- Develop 3D models and extract detailed shop drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all detailing work, adhering to project specifications.

**Quality & Standards Compliance**:

- Ensure designs conform to international standards such as AISC, BS, and IS codes.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings and resolve design issues in coordination with the team.

**Material Documentation**:

- Generate material take-offs (MTOs) and prepare bills of materials (BOMs) for fabrication.
- Maintain proper documentation for revisions and versions of all drawings.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and clients to clarify project requirements and technical details.
- Proactively address and resolve discrepancies in drawings or client feedback.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential detailing challenges to prevent delays in the fabrication phases.

**4.0 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years of experience in structural detailing, preferably in steel fabrication.
- Experience with projects in the Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors is an added advantage.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in structural detailing software such as Tekla Structures & AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, connections, and welding standards.
- Familiarity with international detailing and design standards (AISC, IS, BS, etc.).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
