**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Nariman Point, Mumbai

**Minimum Work Experience**: At least 6 years of experience minimum in operations, administrative support, or a closely related role with an emphasis on sales coordination.

**Job Summary**:
Experience in the FMCG industry is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Actively manage and coordinate sales operations to ensure the field sales team meets their targets and operates efficiently.
- Organize and maintain sales schedules meticulously, ensuring all daily activities are listed, tracked, and accounted for in an orderly fashion.
- Hold the sales team accountable for their work by closely monitoring their progress and performance.
- Promptly review and address any deviations or inefficiencies detected to keep the team on track and ensure optimal productivity.
- Ensure clear communication and provide necessary support to the sales team to help them achieve their goals effectively.
- **Data Management**: Show your proficiency in mathematical concepts by managing and analyzing sales data with accuracy. Use tools like **Tally** for financial data processing and Excel for data manipulation, including proficiency in V-lookup to extract necessary information efficiently.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Marathi, essential for effectively interacting with team members and clients.
- **Confidentiality**: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, responsibly handling sensitive information regarding the company and its operations without compromise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical abilities and experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional skills in Excel and Tally.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

**Required Skill Set**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial and data management tools such as Tally and Microsoft Excel. Expertise in Excel functions, specifically V-lookup, is essential for efficient data extraction and manipulation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Marathi, necessary for effective coordination within the team and with clients.
- **Confidentiality**: A solid track record of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Driven and detail-oriented.
- Capable of managing stress and meeting tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
