**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to align hiring needs and goals.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (contract or permanent staffing).
- Strong knowledge of technology roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud,.NET, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience recruiting for startups, MNCs, or fast-paced IT firms.
- Understanding of the Chennai job market and regional hiring trends.
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche tech hiring.
