**Job Title**: Accountant / Accounts Executive

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing FMCG/Manufacturing company with strong presence in **e-commerce, OEM, and white-labeling projects**. We manage both online and offline business channels, and we are looking for a **dedicated Accounts professional** who can independently manage the **entire Accounts Department**. This is a key role that requires ownership, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple accounting functions seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Management**
- End-to-end responsibility of the Accounts Department.
- Manage **day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.**:

- Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

**2. Taxation & Compliance**
- Preparation and filing of **GST returns, TDS returns, challans, and other statutory compliance.**:

- Handling **eway bills, invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting audit requirements.**:

- Keep updated with the latest tax laws and compliance changes.

**3. Inventory & Costing**
- Maintain and reconcile records of **Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods inventory.**:

- Assist in costing and variance analysis for production and sales.
- Coordinate with production & dispatch teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

**4. E-commerce Accounting**
- Manage **sales reconciliation from e-commerce platforms** (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.).
- Track settlements, commissions, deductions, and disputes with marketplaces.
- Prepare sales MIS reports and ensure smooth payment reconciliation.

**5. Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare **monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.**:

- Support **internal & external audits** with complete documentation.
- Work closely with management to provide insights on cash flow, profitability, and expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounts, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in managing accounts independently.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally, ERP software, GST, TDS, and e-way bills.**:

- Good understanding of **inventory accounting and e-commerce reconciliations.**:

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle **end-to-end accounts as a single point of responsibility.**
