Job Title: Receptionist cum Accountant
Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and route calls as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
2. Accounting Support:
- Manage daily cash transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with preparing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses.
- Coordinate with the finance team to support monthly financial reporting.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Organize and handle mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or accounting role (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
