Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform basic accounting tasks using Tally and assist with billing and invoicing.
- Coordinate with and manage other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide assistance with inventory management and procurement when required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Tally for basic accounting tasks.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
