**BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW**
An opportunity to join the Regulatory Reporting team has arisen as a result increased developments in regulatory space since the financial crisis. The Regulatory Reporting team sits within the Controllers department, Finance division. This is a very high profile team involved in a wide range of areas/issues and involves interaction with many other areas of the Firm.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that Regulatory reporting to Fed is of high quality and meets applicable regulations
- Perform control functions of regulatory reporting while working closely and managing relationships with various data providers (RMD, Ops, PC, Credit etc.)
- Manage the regular preparation and submission of various Fed reports
- Provide variance analysis and prepare management reporting packs on monthly/quarterly basis
- Manage various ad-hoc requests from senior management, regulators and other team
- Data quality review and identify controls at data source

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Chartered Accountancy is Preferred Accounting, Economics or Finance degree preferred, but not required

**PREFFERED SKILLS**
- Teamwork and collaboration-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Must demonstrate considerable energy, focus, drive, and a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, operate within deadlines, and escalate when appropriate
