**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:
- Management Reporting:
- provide comprehensive and consistent reporting of exams, regulatory inquiries or matters, meetings, issues, priorities, and commitments to increase transparency
- test strategic solutions for reporting and metrics that allow for self-serve and real-time information and reporting
- perform trend analysis and identify themes related to regulatory issues, exams, and engagement
- Issue Management: for exam identified issues (i.e. Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit, Regulatory):
- assist with program management oversight efforts
- Responsibilities include monitoring Issues and Action Plans to ensure they are appropriately tracked, monitored, and escalated from intake to closure, providing report and conducting lessons learned, leading internal review session
- Governance:
- maintain current documentation such as frameworks and processes related to exam engagement, regulatory commitments, lessons learned, etc.
- maintain current and accurate inventories of regulatory commitments, lessons learned, regulatory meetings, exams, inquiries, and issues and action plans identified by internal and external examiners
- engage stakeholders in 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense in the quarterly review of the regulatory commitments
- Supervisory Meetings:
- collaborate with partners across business, controls, and regulatory strategy on upcoming meetings
- coordinate the preparation of materials and discussions with senior leaders for their meetings with the regulators
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Two (2)_ _years of relevant experience; financial services industry or background in Process Improvement or Risk Management preferred
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand the business / knowledge of regulation surrounding business.
- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions
- A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals
