Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor

Department: Maintenance/Construction

Job Summary

The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial or residential projects. This includes managing a team of plumbers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of plumbers and helpers.

Assign tasks and ensure work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.

Project Coordination:
Plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs as per project designs and specifications.

Coordinate with other departments/trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise:
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for plumbing systems.

Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

Quality Control:
Perform regular inspections of installed systems to identify issues or ensure proper functioning.

Address and resolve technical issues promptly.

Inventory & Tools Management:
Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.

Ensure proper usage, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure team adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including schedules, budgets, and materials used.

Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project or Facilities Manager.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in plumbing is preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in commercial or industrial projects is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,852.55 - ₹41,492.93 per month
