**Job Title: Supervisor (Electrician cum Plumber)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Electrical Services**:Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques and implement effective solutions.
Ensure all electrical work is in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures as per project requirements.

**Plumbing Services**:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient plumbing system installations for new construction or remodeling projects.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing electrical and plumbing tasks.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local and national electrical and plumbing codes.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in both electrical and plumbing fields.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Electrician cum Plumber or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, and tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Benefits**:
