**LussoCassano is hiring a Site Supervisor
- Residential Interior Project Management**

**Role**:
=> Main task of why you have been hired is to mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the project and making sure you deliver the project profitably ; timely updates to team and customer satisfaction also becomes a core aspect of the role

=> Whenever the new project is assigned, the foremost job is to collect necessary drawings
- Furniture layout ( containing dimensions & laminate codes )
- Electrical drawings
- Plumbing drawings

=> The team will be adding you to the QC group, it is every persons responsibility to do the "Quality Check" of the project and find the errors from the drawings provided by the Designer/Architect, which are not practical in terms of execution.

=> Daily updates before starting the day and end of the are must, regarding the work which will be done today and what and all work is done today.

=> Any failure of work which couldn't be completed needs to be explained in the EOD report.

=> Be onsite before the labour force arrive and plan what work can be done

=> Read the drawings of the particular site assigned before you start with any process of execution

**Responsibilities**:

- Single point of contact with Customers during the installation phase. This will include providing daily plans and updates on the work happening at site and handling & solving customer escalations
- Preparing POA along with specifical timelines for execution of the project & use of manpower.
- Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).
- Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.
- Validate drawings, BOQ & site.
- Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project.
- Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.
- Coordinate with Planning team, design team, supervisors, carpenters and vendors to ensure work goes on smooth at the site
- Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
- Ensuring timeline adherence for each of the projects you are currently working on
- Ensuring we make more customers happier which translates into a growing NPS-Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to Operations manager
- Ensure all the rectifications/ snags are completed before handing over the site to the customer.

**Experience**:

- Someone having 1-5 years of strong site supervisor experience
- Prior home interior experience is a bonus
- B.E/B.Tech/Post Graduation in Civil/Construction Management/Project Management
- High on transparency and Ethics
- Someone who has unmatched customer empathy and strong customer handling skills
- Residential and modular experience is a plus
- Languages : Hindi - medium proficiency must, Kannada,Tamil, Telugu, English, Malayalam optional

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
