Manage all aspects of importing and exporting goods, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to international shipments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in import/export or logistics management, preferably in your industry.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customs officials, suppliers, and carriers.
- **Organizational skills**: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Tech-savvy**: Familiar with import/export management software, freight tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to handle delays, customs issues, or other logístical challenges proactively.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English and any other relevant languages for your trading partners is a plus.
