Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and record maintenance.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms and other regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in maintaining proper internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise ethical behavior in all work-related activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a similar role or internship in an accounting or finance department.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
