**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team in the Rolling Mill section.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain rolling mill equipment such as stands, gearboxes, motors, cooling systems, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance logs, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance without affecting production targets.
- Manage spare parts procurement and inventory planning.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance equipment reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in mechanical maintenance of **Rolling Mill** (steel or related heavy industry).
- Strong knowledge of rolling mill machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear systems.
- Experience in handling team and shift management.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in heavy industries.

**Preferred Skills**:

- SAP/CMMS knowledge for maintenance planning (added advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
