Opening for a smart, motivated **Business Development Representative** (COLD Calling Specialist) As a BDR of this company, you will be responsible for not only generating new business leads but also maintaining and growing existing leads.
- **Duties and responsibilities**_

Promoting the company's products and services by means of cold calling.
Follow up with the leads generated and facilitate customer conversion (convert them into scheduled calls and demos)

Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals.
Should demonstrate proficiency with sales tools and have a strong command of technical knowledge relevant to the industry.
- **Experience requirements and qualifications**_

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles servicing B2B clients.
Experience with CRM software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Ability to deliver results, meeting deadlines.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Social Media platforms is a must.
Digital marketing experience is a bonus.
