**Job Title**: UX Designer

**Job Experience**: 5 to 10 years of Experience of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design

**Job Location**: Pune/Bangalore

**Education Required**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized college or institute

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting user research and testing
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

**Primary Skills**:

- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
- Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
- Experience in Creating prototypes and wireframes
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others
- Fluent in user-centered design best practices
- Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe);
- Knowledge of / experience in marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user

experience design
- Experience working in a highly Agile/scrum environment

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
