**Job Description**:
Mantra Labs is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products and services. We are looking for someone with a passion for user-centric design, a solid understanding of user behavior, and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Experience Range: 3 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the features and functionality of our digital products and services to ensure a deep comprehension of the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to gather requirements and translate them into user interface designs.
- Assist in conducting user research, including usability testing and user interviews, to gain insights into user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience of our products and services.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and UI patterns to streamline the design process.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as an advocate for the end-users, considering their needs and preferences in every design decision.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on creating user interfaces for digital products.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like InVision or Axure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design projects and their impact on user experience.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and has worked in the service industry.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design decisions.
