We're Bangalore's leading ballet academy with 900+ students across multiple locations. We focus on structured classical ballet training with qualified instructors, offering classes from beginner to advanced levels. Our approach emphasizes proper technique, gradual progression, and creating an environment where students can develop both their skills and confidence in ballet.

We're seeking a polished, articulate professional to be the primary point of contact for families interested in our programs. You'll handle inquiries, guide families through our admissions process, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality experience they can expect from our academy.

**You're Perfect If**:

- You speak English fluently and professionally (this will be assessed upfront)
- You've worked with educated, affluent clientele (hotels, private schools, premium healthcare, corporate environments)
- You naturally communicate with warmth, clarity, empathy and authority
- You can handle sophisticated parent questions confidently
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing the academy
- Open to traveling between our centers in Bangalore for administrative duties.

**What You Will Handle**:

- Managing our waitlist - following up with families who couldn't get immediate spots, keeping them engaged with regular updates, and contacting them when openings become available
- Coordinating admissions process and class scheduling
- Administrative duties across multiple centers (travel required within Bangalore)
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current families
