Digital Marketing Executive

**About the Company**:
Meghayu Pharma is a fast-growing Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company committed to delivering premium, affordable, and effective healthcare solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us scale our online presence and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**:
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Increase engagement and followers through organic and paid strategies.
- **Paid Advertising**:
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
- Monitor ROI and adjust strategies for better performance.
- **Content Marketing**:
- Coordinate with the design team to create engaging graphics, videos, and ad creatives.
- Write SEO-friendly captions, blogs, and product descriptions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.s.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and basic video editing (preferred).
- Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
