8. Maintaining Dairy Of Meetings & Appointments Of Directors.
9. Updating Contact Details In System.
10. Making Travel Arrangements And Accommodation.
11. Handling Exhibition Related Work, coordinatingwith Organizers, Contractors, Stall Fabricators, Advertising, Creating For Festivals And Occasion, Etc.
12. Provide General Administrative Support.
13. Maintaining Personal Documents, Handling Bank Related Works And Other Personal Accounts.
14. Drafting Letter Internal And All Business Communications.
15. Doing All Work Related To Legalization Of Documents.
16. Reporting To Directors. Assisting In Handling Their Day To Day Work.
17. Managing Important Paper with Confidentiality.
18. All Type Of Typing Work.
19. Keeping Record Of AMC Renewals.
20. Attending Reception And Incoming Calls-Knowledge Of EPBEX System.
21. Keeping Record Of Outgoing And Incoming Courier.
22. Maintaining Attendance And Leave Record Of All Staff.
23. Responding To Official Work Like Paper Work, Filing.
24. Sales & Government Regulatory related work.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
