**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Order Assistance**:

- Assist in processing and tracking production orders to ensure timely completion.
- Help the Production Manager with order updates, prioritizing tasks based on production schedules and requirements.
- Ensure production orders are accurately recorded and communicated to the respective teams.

**Field Support in Factory**:

- Coordinate with production staff on the factory floor, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Help with materials and inventory management, ensuring all necessary raw materials are available for production.
- Monitor production activities, alert the team of any potential delays, and assist in resolving issues.

**Process Coordination**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations by ensuring adherence to the production schedule.
- Provide real-time updates on production progress, ensuring the Production Manager is always informed.
- Help coordinate between various departments to ensure all materials and resources are available for production runs.

**Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates on the status of orders, production output, and any delays to the Production Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of production orders, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Assist in reporting any quality issues or discrepancies that occur during production.

**General Factory Assistance**:

- Assist with organizing workstations, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Support workers on the factory floor with tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Help troubleshoot small issues that arise during production to minimize downtime.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Production Manager to support factory operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th grade; higher education is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a production environment or a similar role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, and keep track of production schedules.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English is a plus.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to move around the factory floor and assist in various production tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues in the production process.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the production team and other departments.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Environment**: Factory setting with hands-on, field-based tasks. Occasional office-based duties for reporting and order processing.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or as per production needs).

Pay: ₹11,769.65 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
