**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Organizing, maintaining, and processing client data efficiently.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Handling customer queries, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Preparing and maintaining necessary reports, records, and other business documents.
- **IT Skills**: Managing data entry, typing, and using relevant software tools for documentation and communication.
- **MS Office & Online Tools**: Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint along with internet research and AI-based tools like ChatGPT.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and **internet-based tools**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English & Malayalam**.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is an added advantage.
- Good **internet skills** and attention to detail for data handling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
- 2 years of experience in similar or administrative roles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
