Project Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Assist interior designers in planning scheduling and coordinating project activities Create and maintain project timelines calendars and deliverable trackers Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues Prepare meeting agendas notes and follow-up action items Documentation Administration Maintain organized project files design presentations and material schedules Update budgets purchase orders invoices and change orders Support designers in preparing mood boards specifications and submittal packages Ensure all contracts and documentation are complete and properly stored On-Site Coordination Assist in scheduling and coordinating installations site visits and walkthroughs Verify measurements take progress photos and document site conditions Ensure deliveries arrive on time and are inspected for accuracy and quality Design Support Research materials furnishings finishes and pricing Prepare samples and assist in assembling client presentations Communicate design information clearly between internal teams and contractors Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Project Management Architecture or related field or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in interior design architecture or project coordination Strong organizational communication and time-management skills Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace MS Office project management software and design programs AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to multitask work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of interior design processes finishes products and vendor resources preferred Key Traits Good Communication Skill Highly detail-oriented and proactive Strong problem-solving and follow-through Collaborative and team-focused Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
