**Qualification & Experience Required**:

- (MSW Master's degree in Social Work) or BSW (Bachelor's degree in Social Work)
- Proficient in documenting and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases.
- Visit hospitals to meet with patients and transplant coordinators. Conduct interviews to gather patient story and case details.
- Previous experience in medical social work, preferably in a healthcare or transplant setting.
- Knowledge of psychosocial issues related to organ transplantation, grief and loss, cultural diversity, and community resources.
- Familiarity with government assistance programs, grants, and financial resources for healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and challenging life situations.
