**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive at White Reflections, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will be to understand their vision, build trust, and guide them through the process of turning their dream event into reality. You’ll work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment between what’s promised and what’s delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and offer tailored decor solutions that reflect their style and budget.

Prepare and present mood boards, cost estimates, and packages.

Close sales and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative alignment.

Maintain CRM records and regularly follow up with leads.

Represent White Reflections at exhibitions, wedding shows, and networking events.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in weddings, events, luxury, or hospitality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine love for weddings, décor, and storytelling through design.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Need to visit clients for meetings.

Knowledge of the local wedding industry trends is a big plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
