**Location**: Chennai (All Areas)

**CTC**: ₹2.4 LPA - 3 LPA + Attractive Incentives
**Compulsory working on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday**
**Week Off : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Any One Day )**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct door-to-door sales in apartments and residential areas to promote **IIT-JEE/NEET courses, CBSE tuition, and teacher and faculty training programs.**
- Generate and convert leads through direct canvassing, advertising, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including parents, students, and educational institutions, to ensure long-term business.
- Achieve sales targets consistently by identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily reports and updates
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in EdTech and advertising industries. Experience in promoting **educational services, coaching, or training programs** is essential.
- **Transportation**: Must own a two-wheeler for daily commute and fieldwork.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle direct sales and canvassing in residential areas and apartments.
**Flexibility**:
- Willing to work on Sundays (with one weekday off between Tuesday and Thursday).
- Willingness to travel and work across all locations in Chennai.
- **Additional Experience**: Multi-level sales and door-to-door canvassing experience.
