**Key Responsibilities**:Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities across segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, etc.).
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel tours to promote the property.
- Maintain a pipeline of active leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, agents, and partners.
- Respond to inquiries, RFPs, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Revenue & Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

**Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contracts, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/sales systems (e.g., Opera Sales & Catering, Delphi, Salesforce).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
