**What Will You Be Doing?**

As an Associate working in the Mentor Excellence team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update regular MIS reports across teams. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting.- Data Analysis: Analyze operational and performance data to derive insights that drive business decisions.- Dashboarding: Build and maintain internal dashboards using Google Sheets to track key business metrics or fulfill ad hoc requests.- Presentation Support: Assist in creating visually appealing decks using Canva or Google Slides for internal reviews and leadership presentations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand requirements, share updates, and align on data needs.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.)- Hands-on experience with Macros / Google Apps Script for automation- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory)- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail- Comfortable with tools like Canva or similar for design support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
