**Location: Ottiambakkam, Chennai.**
**Note: Transportation facilities are provided within a "12 km" radius of the school.**

**Objectives Of This Role**
- Create a classroom culture that is welcoming, positive, and inclusive
- Plan, prepare, and teach lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students and groups of students
- Communicate, cooperate, and consult with school staff, and parents/guardians in the students’ best interest
- Identify and groom students for various literary events like elocution, essay writing, debates etc.

**Daily And Monthly Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver engaging STEM lessons across various grade levels, focusing on Coding and Robotics.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards and school objectives.
- Facilitate hands-on activities and projects to reinforce STEM concepts.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate STEM learning across the curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and competitions related to STEM.

**Skills And Qualifications**
- Coding Expertise Required:

- Block-based programming (e.g., Scratch, PictoBlox)
- Mobile Application Development (e.g., MIT App Inventor, Thunkable)
- HTML & CSS
- Python
- 3D Designing
- Game Development
- AI & ML
- Database Management
- Data Visualization
- JavaScript
- Robotics Expertise (preferred):

- LEGO Education kits (Early Simple Machines, BricQ Motion Essential & Prime, Spike Essential & Prime with programming)
- Fischertechnik Robotics kits (BT Beginner, TXT 4.0 Base with programming)
- Basic Electronics with Cretile
- Arduino
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Raspberry Pi

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Engineering/STEM Education discipline).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups.
- Experience in designing curriculum and lesson plans.

**Experience**
- Two years of experience in Teaching

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
