This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 200000 - Rs 300000 ie INR 2-3 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location chennai Sriperumbudur JobType full-time We are seeking passionate and motivated STEM Mentors with 2-4 years of teaching experience in Electronics and Robotics preferably in schools Prior exposure to government schools is highly desirable Candidates must have proficiency in Tamil reading writing and speaking Requirements Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on practical pedagogy in STEM subjects through both offline and online modes Teach and mentor students in Electronics Robotics Arduino and Raspberry Pi Conduct teacher training programs on STEM pedagogy and emerging technologies Guide students in project competitions and nurture STEM talent Submit monthly reports as per standard templates Requirements Education B Tech B E M E in E I ECE EEE Mechatronics or MSc Physics Experience 2-4 years of STEM teaching experience in schools government school experience preferred Skills Strong proficiency in Tamil oral and written Demonstrated ability to teach STEM concepts effectively Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in technical fields Ability to integrate digital and physical teaching resources seamlessly Other Must hold a valid two-wheeler license and be able to commute Willingness to work in Sriperumbudur and surrounding areas Compensation Benefits Salary 25 000 - 30 000 per month Hospitalization insurance coverage employee only Leave policy as per company standards Skills STEM Teaching Electronics Robotics Arduino Raspberry Pi Tamil Language Proficiency Teacher Training Mentoring
