**What you will do**:

- Generate leads and improve conversion rate.
- Conduct sales pitch meetings and preparing presentations.
- Help cluster team expand to new districts.
- Identify potential customers to strengthen Kheyti’s sales capacity.
- Target oriented and customer service focused.
- Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in the cluster.
- Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show an active interest in providing the services.

**Ideal persona**:

- Qualification: 3+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales
- Must have I+ year experience in Agri sales
- Willingness to live and work in rural India
- Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
- The cause of the company matters in addition to job function
- Building teams is more exciting to you than being an individual “hero”
- You thrive when given extreme autonomy and in environments without hierarchy
- You want to grow to be the Cluster head of a medium sized company in a few years.
