Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with managing schedules, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders and ensure they are correctly entered into the system.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to track stock levels and availability.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to support decision
- making.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.
- Promotions Management: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
