**Job Title**:Assistant Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing (SEM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEM Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- **Facebook Ads Management**:Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.
- **Keyword Research**:Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target high-potential search terms.
- **Ad Copy Creation**:Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive high click-through rates and conversions.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize ad spend.
- **Reporting**:Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- **Budget Management**:Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI on SEM campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM.
- **Creativity**:Ability to create engaging ad copy and innovative marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
