As a Digital Marketer at The Qwerty Ink, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our brand's digital presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and refine online campaigns that boost awareness, generate leads, and engage our audience. Your blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and passion for digital trends will be key to driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation through paid channels as well as other avenues like affiliate marketing, native ads, influencer partnerships, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure cost efficiency and high performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (sales, product, and marketing teams) to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
  • Generate detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
