**Job Purpose**

Build and scale up quality postpaid acquisitions agendas for the cluster through differentiated and best in class experience around digital lead fulfilment, in store digital experience localized alliances and initiatives and Enterprise tie ups.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Achieve acquisitions net of churn as per DB for all segment through Retail - Digital, Enterprise (SOHO/SME) IOIP through large accounts
- Grow digital new acquisition contribution to total cluster postpaid sales
- Drive digital order fulfilment as per defined SOPsof first call & Delivery TAT. This will be through dedicated partners & Vi retail stores.
- Develop and launch immersive digital experiences intiatives at Vi stores so as to make them a destination of choice for telecom
- Enterprise tie ups and Local activations at HNI catchments for quality postpaid acquisitions

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Understand ecommenrce fulfilment process
- Operational excellence and team leader
- Problem solving strategic and analytical capabilities
- Process improvement mind set

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- 7-10 years of experience in channel sales and distribution in B2B and B2C environment.
