Position**:Revit Architect**
Experience**:2-4 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
- Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
- Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
- Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors
- Create new library components
- Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects
- Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation.

**Software Knowledge**:

- ** Revit with BIM & CAD is must**.
- Sketchup
- Photoshop
- Enscape will be added advantage
