**Position Summary**:
This “BIM (Building Information Modelling)” role will support the design of our pre-engineered swimming pools, in complex architectural contexts, such as competition swimming pools, leisure and hospitality pools etc.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Support the on-site technical team in designing and modelling Swimming pools based on project scope and client requirements
- Analyze client's architectural and contractual specifications in order to realize the project in 3D using

(Autodesk Revit) for the swimming pool tank (modular pre
- fabricated elements made of stainless steel).
- Coordinate across different stakeholders such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) designers, installation engineers etc. to gather all the necessary information to be incorporated in the design
- Specify the concrete work requirements necessary to accommodate the pool tank

**Skills: Essential**
- Proven experience as BIM Specialist, with experience in Revit Architecture
- Passion for 3D modelling, with high competence of Autodesk Revit
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven team working and collaborative skills
- Experience with Platform (cloud) data management skills is an advantage
- Knowledge of Office 365 Professional tools is an advantage

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
