**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage high-quality Revit models for various architectural projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in models.
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure alignment with design specifications and BIM standards.
- Integrate models with other disciplines, ensuring accurate data exchange and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to BIM standards and guidelines to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of visual presentations and renderings for client presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new Revit features, and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with other 3D Modeling tools is a plus.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience working as a Revit Modeler or in a similar architectural Modeling role.
- **BIM Knowledge**: Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret architectural designs and transform them into detailed 3D models.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce precise models and drawings.
- **Collaboration**: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

**Additional, Preferred Skills (But not compulsory)**:

- Familiarity with rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp.
- Knowledge of parametric Modeling, family creation, and complex geometry within Revit.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks.
