As a Marketing Executive, you'll drive end-to-end marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with counselors, schools, and colleges to promote our services and expand our network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging marketing collateral for offline channels.
- Conduct seminars, events and workshops with counselors to educate students in different locations.
- Establish partnerships with coaching centers, schools, and colleges in order to get prospect student data.
- Expand B2B network by adding new agents and franchises.
- Counsel students and manage data collection.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.

**Job Specific Requirements**:

- Must possess a vehicle (bike, scooter, car, etc.) for fieldwork.
- Ability to travel extensively is essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
