**Position Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Marketing Executive with an MBA to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing targeted field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, foster community relationships, and increase sales of our wellness and Ayurvedic products. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Field Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, promote new products, and support sales growth.
- **Brand Promotion**: Organize and oversee events, pop-ups, product demonstrations, and sampling campaigns to engage customers and educate them about DHAKSHIN’s wellness offerings.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with health professionals, wellness influencers, and local businesses to establish DHAKSHIN as a trusted wellness brand.
- **Market Research**: Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with sales teams to achieve regional sales targets, providing insights and support as needed.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track and report on campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI, and customer insights, to measure success and inform future marketing activities.
- **Training**: Educate and train retail and field staff on product benefits and features to enhance their ability to promote DHAKSHIN products effectively.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the wellness, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- **Knowledge**: An understanding of Ayurvedic principles and wellness products is a plus.
