**Other Requirements**: DRA Certification is mandatory

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts in a timely manner.
- Adhere to collection policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC or equivalent; further education is a plus
- DRA Certified preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role was preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of collection software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
