**Job Opening: Tele Collection Executive ( Male)**

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Location: Ghatkopar West

Age: 20 Yrs. to 35 Yrs.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending payments.
- Explain the dues and payment terms to customers clearly.
- Follow up regularly with defaulters for payment recovery.
- Update collection status in the system accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes related to payments.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for collection calls and recovery.
- Coordinate with field collection team if required.

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication.
- 2-5 years of experience in tele collections
- Good communication skills in [Hindi, English].
- Computer knowledge and Tally experiences
- Polite, persistent, and professional attitude.
